I tried to download driver from Realtek website because I had an issue with audio. But I got BSOD during the installation process. I tried to delete this driver via command prompt but received BSOD again. How to sort it out? I am in a loop

Hi Katy, Greg is here (an Independent advisor).

This issue might be due to the incompatibility of the latest Windows 10 update and the Audio driver. I recommend that you try performing System Restore using a Bootable USB. Create installation media for Windows.

Then follow the instructions from the section Use installation media to restore your PC, the article Recovery options in Windows 10
