Can't connect to specific website on Azure VMs

On both of my Azure VMs I am unable to access www.bet365.com from any browser. I can ping the website from cmd. I get the following when looking at the console in inspect on Chrome:
BLOB> Invalid response from config, retrying attempt #1
2localhost/:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
www.bet365.com/:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch

    Hi,

    There shouldn't be any restrictions in Azure unless you have configured any yourself, do you happen to have an adblock extension on your Google Chrome browser?
    Adblock extensions may interfere with websites.
