윈도우10을 시작하고 MS 계정을 연결하라는 메시지가 나오는 이유

Question

윈도우10을 시작하면 로컬 로그인을 진행하고 바탕화면으로 넘어가는 것이 보통이지만 MS 계정을 연동하라는 화면이 나오는 경우가 있었습니다.
나중에 다시하기 버튼을 눌러서 해당 화면에서 벗어났지만, 해당 화면이 나오는 이유는 무엇인가요?
안 나오게 설정하는 방법이 있나요?
불가능하다면 화면이 나오는 주기가 있는 건가요?
