Realtek Audio Driver Problem

Anonymous
2020-05-09T20:43:56+00:00

A problem with the sound card was installed after Windows 10 x64 setup.

It's an older motherboard Gigabyte H61-DS2 Rev: 1.2

I tried more drivers to install but without success, the sound card is Realtek ALC887.

Otherwise, it worked just about 2-3 days ago and then this case happened.

I have registry log.txt but he is too long for post.

Hi Robert and thanks for reaching out. My name is Joseph. I'm an independent advisor. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Uninstall the recently installed Audio driver and Download, install Chipset & Audio driver from the manufacturer's official website.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let me know how it goes.

    Thank you!
