The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Hello, the application you're trying to login does not support microsoft personal accounts (live.com Idp), you need a work or student account created or invited into the 'Microsoft Services' tenant.
