each Azure region is made up of several physical data centers in the area.
This way it's possible to get the data redundancy in the same region.
In Europe it's the region North Europe
in Irland and West Europe
in the Netherlands (not East Europe like you wrote above).
Each region in Europe offer 3 Availabilty Zones.
