Windows installation interrupted

When I was installing Windows, the installation interrupted suddenly. Currently, when I reboot the system, and get to the point where I should install Windows, I get the message that I have to restart the installation

    I recommend that you reinstall Windows 10 using the installation media (bootable USB, DVD, or ISO file), which you should create on another computer.

    1. Create an installation flash drive and start your PC.
    2. Skip enter product key entry.
    3. Select Windows 10 edition.
    4. Reboot the system to activate your PC by digital license.
