When I type the command told by you my laptop says

slmgr.vbs' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable programme or batch file.

    It seems that the CMD cannot access the slmgr.vbs or it is corrupted. Let's try to do a system file checker first. Kindly follow the instruction on this link thoroughly. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402652... Make sure to follow it correctly. This will take some time to finish.
