"Users & Groups" is not available

I have admin rights on my PC. When I go to Computer management trying to get access to "Users & Groups", I cannot find this feature. I have Windows 10, Home, 1903

    Hello Anastacia, 

    As Greg posted, Local Users and Groups is not available in the Windows 10 Home edition.

    However, depending on what you wanted to do, you could use the command prompt or PowerShell options in the tutorial below instead of from Local Users and Groups.

    Hi Anastacia, Greg is here (an Independent advisor).

    I am sorry to say but there is no option to use the "Users & Groups" feature in Windows 10 Home. To use this option, I recommend that you upgrade to the Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise and Education editions.
