On my Windows 10 Home there are horizontal balck line across the top and bottom. It is like it's not stretching all of the way, so how do I get rid of it?

I recently downloaded a new game and that is when I noticed the issue. I've tried everything I could think of and called tech support. They said that it could be my video card going out or that I had possibly damaged my screen, but the tablet itself is only 1 year old. Also, I always have it protected. Does anyone have any ideas of how I could resolve this issue?

    If possible, please take a screenshot for the error and upload the images directly so that I can do further analysis based on the error.
    Are only certain programs affected?

    You may update the Display driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps.

    If there no updated drivers available on the computer manufacturer’s website, then try installing it in compatibility mode.
    Also, you could try the following methods:
    Right click desktop, go to Intel HD Graphics settings. Select Display and then choose the option Scale Full Screen. Make sure the option Override Application Settings has the checkbox marked.
