DOMAIN MAPPED DRIVES

My domain has over 300 computers and servers, but this new Dell Laptop with Windows 10 Pro will not connect to mapped drives automatically like the other one I just setup. I have to enter in a user name and password each time I logon to map my drives, but I don't need that for my users, it should be automatically connected like the other computers when they logon. Any idea of what could be the issue?

    Hi,
Based on mu understanding ,the mapping drives ia a user configuration , what you meant is that all the users log onto the Dell Laptop have to enter in a user name and password each time access the map drives, right?
First of all , try to confirm Password Protected Sharing is disabled on the specific computer.
The following way for your reference to disable the Password Protected Sharing.
