If my 2012 R2 server has Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.2.4212 and Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) - 14.27.29016 listed in Programs and Features, do I need to install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 that is required by an application upgrade?

    If you have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.24212 installed on your computer, the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x86) - 14.0.23026 can’t be installed side-by-side.
