As you know, many account related settings are stored in Outlook profile, but we couldn't extract the account setting or password in Outlook profile, which means there may be no option that could export and import the setting form a profile to another directly.
Also, according to your description, your original outlook profile has been corrupted, it may casue many other issue if we merged it from the orginal profile to new profile, in order to avoid it, it's recommended to re-configure the account in your new profile.
By the way, except the account settings, there may be other settings in Outlook could be backed up and import in a new profile. For example, if you have any custom Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar, we could export it via File>Options>Customize Ribbon>Export.
