Is it possible to limit access to a certain section of my site for anyone of the members?

Can you provide more information about what section you want to give restrict access to, and what specific do you mean "anyone of the members"? Also, what is the version of SharePoint you are using?

If I have understood you correctly, one common solution is to break the permission inheritance of the contents you want to give restrict access, and then grant permission to specific users or groups (also known as unique permissions).
