Meeting locations and room finder

Hi, I have requested with our administrator that we have a room available in our calendars that we can book when scheduling meetings. This has been done but its been done using "meetingrooms365" and incurs a monthly fee.

What I want to know:
Is this the only way to have rooms available for meetings scheduled using outlook? Or is there a free option?
