validation failed

Question

Dear Sir,
I want to open a virtual machine through my tial account.
At the last step I get a validation failed error. Says preferred phone number missing.
My phone number is registered in my account, but I still cannot complete the setup.
When I enter the number manually, the next button is not active.

I will ask for your help

Firstly, can you please check your credit balance of your account.

• Can you please share which region are you trying to create the VM and size?
• Also, I would recommend trying to create the VM once again.

Based on the error message which you have provided, there is a similar discussion thread here, please refer to the suggestion and let me know the status
