Upon logging in, the user gets the error message Couldn't start Files on Demand Error code:0xffffffea
It happens frequently but not consistently. Some users it may happen once a week, other users it happens most days of the week, but not everyday.

OneDrive Business per-machine install v2021 build 21.030.0211.002
Typical user's FSLogix profile registry:
Steps taken so far:
Usual OneDrive issue related fixes of deleting OneDrive files in AppData, uninstalling OneDrive, re-installing OneDrive
Using the cmd to reset OneDrive - works about 70% of the time
