conversationId changes with every charter email response

Hi! I'm trying to build out response tracking using conversationIds and am running into an issue that only appears to happen to charter email addresses. Every time I get a response from the charter email, the conversationId changes, making response tracking impossible. The emails are not grouped together so I'm assuming there isn't another way to group them, and was wondering if anyone was aware of this issue or had a possible solution. Thanks!
