Recorded Meeting

We recorded a meeting and the host slides do not appear in the recorded session, only a black box. I can only assume the host did not 'share' the correct screen for the recording. During the live presentation, all guests were able to view the presentation, but the recorded presentation is only showing a black box. Is there a way to 'overlay' the presentation over what was actually recorded, so the viewers can see the actual presentation the presenter is referring to?

    @Pearson, Mardy ,

    In generally, the recording should be the same as what attendees’ saw.

    It recommends you open the recording in Microsoft Stream and check if the playback is proper.

    Meanwhile, confirm with the recorder and meeting organizer if they edited this recording.

    In addition, make sure your client is the latest version. I tested in Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.7174 (64-bit). It works well.

    If the above suggestions have no help, I have some question want to confirm with you:

    Could participants in your organization paly the recording properly?

    Except the black box, does this recording contain other information, such as audio or image?

    Does this problem persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before happened?
