I created a web-app invited developer to load a working web-app (located on different server , not azure) Gave developer permissions NOW STUCK Please Help, MYSQLAPP and EXTENSIONS Greyed out and we are stuck.

2021-03-30T06:00:06.277+00:00 Will you have an answer later this morning? If you look into my account, I created another web-app a different way and got the same results.
I'm not familiar with docker. I'm researching about the docker. Docker is a complex thing. I never had to deploy docker as I always worked with vps server.
Is there another way?
