Microsoft Authenticator App Approval Requests not displaying

I had to get a new phone so I purchased a new Pixel 4a 5G android phone with Android 11.0. I backed up my Authenticator app on my old phone to OneDrive with app built-in backup feature. I installed the Microsoft Authenticator App (version 6.2102.1274) on my new phone and restored from backup, I thought all was well as all 10 of my accounts were there and creating pass-codes as expected. The problem is that the Approval request popup does not display when being requested from a web site during login. While I was trying to diagnose this issue, I realized that my account list had two accounts listed for the "orgbrat@Luxsparks .com" email one being for my Microsoft account which is enabled and creating pass-codes and one that displays a "Msn" name but is disabled. I am unsure if this has anything to do with this issue but I wanted you to have that information. I have checked the settings in the application and it looks as though notifications are turned on. I have checked the settings in Android to verify notifications there too. Understand though just because I am a mobile Xamarin developer does not mean I am an expert on all these settings so I could very well be missing something. But it is very important that Approval Requests work on my phone as my Azure Portal and many other Microsoft sites use this approval process.

Can you please help me with resolving this issue?

Steve
