Issues in OpenID Windows Server 2016 #IDX20803 #IDX20804

Question

I have an MVC app that uses OpenID authentication.

The application works perfectly well on Windows Server 2008 and Win10. But it fails on Win Server 2016. The exception I get in Win Server 2016 is given below:
The web.config file used is exactly the same on all three servers.
