Sync group not ready

Hi Team,
In Azure data sync for Azure SQL db, while creating a sync group, it takes a lot of time and it's state always comes as not ready.
Requesting to please let me know how to make the state as ready?

    We have checked different issues from support regarding this. This can happen cause your table types or the clean up of the Data Sync meta data is required.

    We would advise you to raise the issue with support as they will have access to your telemetery and can help you run the clean up.

    Once you raise the issue, please get back to us with ticket number and we can help you get the traction regarding the same.
