Why did I not get the AZ-900 certificate after successfullt passing my exam

Hi Team, I successfully completed my Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam on 1st March,2021. But unfortunately I didn't receive any mail from Microsoft with my certificate along with certificate ID and other credentials. Could you please have a look at this issue as I need to forward the credential to my Manager for future goal fulfillment. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
