What to check further, due to issue below?

Hi ,

Please first post the outputs of following command:

ping 8.8.8.8

Nslookup www.google.com

Also, post the result of ipconfig/all to let us know the machine’s configuration.

    Make sure you're connected to Internet. You can run Network Adapter troubleshooter to find and fix issues with network, if any.
