Not able to utilise latest page template in modern sites.

Question

In SharePoint online site we are not able to utilize page template to create new pages. This page template publishing feature has been deprecated from SP online but it must be require for our site to reflect changes from page templates while creating any new page.

Note: We have raised this ticket with SharePoint support team but suggested us to submit request to product team. Please see our previous case as below.

I spoke to my seniors engineers regarding your issue unfortunately the template feature that has been depreciated.

I understand that this does not meet your expectations and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

What I would suggest for you to do is submit the feature request to our product team; they will take your feedback into consideration and maybe include this feature in the next update that they will release.

Hi @Venkateshwarrao Chakilam ,

I couldn't reproduce this issue in my end. Changes to new pages can be reflected on the new created pages as per my test.

Here are my test steps:

• Added a test Weather web part on a template page and Clicked Save page template In the upper right corner
  
• Created a new page using the above page template and I found that changes had been applied to the new created page.
