Window 10 block on welcome screen

Question

Hello, My Window 10 cost a lot of time (minutes) in welcome screen recently. How can I know what blocks OS login? Notes: 1. it happens recent weeks, It's good before. My hardware is pretty good. 2. It only cost several seconds(less than 5) to display login screen, 3. After I type password, it costs a lot of time(minutes) for login into OS. What I want to know is: how can i know what os is doing exactly when login? which process(application) blocks the login process. Thanks

Hi,
Process Monitor allows monitoring the activities of running processes, access to the file system and the registry in real time.
You could enable monitoring of processes started during Windows startup.
