Cancel apply group policy object to a domain admin

Question

Hi everyone! I'm a little problem here First of all I create an object group policy by authenticated users. This policy disable all msc console. Now I can't manage my domain applications to start any console. So, I try change permissions to policy directory on SYSVOL to deny for all. Then run gpupdate and logoff. But no result. Then I move directory to other place. But nothing change. I hope your help. Regards
