Schedule Exam Error (PearsonVue)

Hello, I'm trying to schedule an exame (AZ-900) with PearsonVue. But, all my tries shows this error when checkup. We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam: Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge Clear all cache and cookies Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum. I already tried on different browsers and computers.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    See if you can navigate to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx
    This dashboard shows about certifications from where you are redirected to Pearson.

    Try refreshing the exam schedule page or going inprivate, sometimes the cert portal doesn't open up but after a few times it should work.
