microsoft 365への移行

Question

現状、gsuiteを使用している法人のコーポレート部門担当者です。Microsoft365への移行を検討しており、

上記のページは拝見しました。
質問は下記になります。

①上記ページの説明は、gsuite→Office365への移行手続きを記載しているが、Microsoft365への移行もまったく同じ手順を踏めば、実施できると理解してよいか？

②データ量等にもよると思われるが、ざっくり移行にはどの程度の時間を想定しておけばよいか？
　（当社は、従業員数20名ほどのベンチャー企業です）
