I just finished the learning course of Microsoft Ignite Azure Data Scientist Challenge, it says that would send an email notification, and a link of available free certification exam would be send on 4/7.
However, I have not see any mail received from Azure. It has been a day already, who should I ask for?

If you complete your challenge before it ends, one Microsoft Certification exam will be associated with your Learn profile on April 7, 2021. You will be notified via email when it becomes available.
Makes me assume that I would get a mail notification immediately after completion, and the link contained in the mail would be available on 7, April.
By your means the mail would only be sent on 7, April. Did you ever complete the challenge and get the notification before?

Yes, I assume they will send email on 7-Apr or before. I didn't participate in challenge this time but I did that in last ignite event. I received voucher couple of days before the last date.
