Passed exam and not finding badge on profile

i have done an exam and an error occurred after i finished the exam. i have received passing score, but i need the badge and the certificate. After the exam i receive a testing score from the test center. Please help me with what should i do next. Thank you.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
