Hidden dalog box in excel

Whenever I launch an excel sheet from powershell, the launched sheet freezes up and says there is a dialog box. it doesn't do this when I launch manually. I have tried doing the repair to excel. I have to force close the program with task manager. Help is appreciated.

As this issue does not occurs with Excel opened manually, I think it may be more related to PowerShell command.
I would remove the tag "office-excel-itpro" which is focus on general issues of Excel.
