Hello, there is a possibility at the level of logical headers from: you need to make one name for several boxes. %companyname% but only for sending to external recipients.

When I try to enable the rule, I get:

error
You can't set header 'From' with value '"asdfasdfas" <******@hosting.com>'

You can't change a header like that in a message with a transport rule.

You address re-writing if this is on-prem with the Edge role if you want to change that field

    Hi @Stepulenok Anton

What's your Exchange server version or are you using Exchange online?

Yes, agree with Andy's reply above, we can't rewrite a system generated message header by transport rules. The only allowed rewriting is on the Edge server role or use a custom transport agent (Transport agents are available in versions of Exchange starting with Exchange 2007. Transport agents are not supported in Office 365 or Exchange Online).
