Im coming across two errors when im trying to download Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Community

when i try to install the visual studio 2019 community, i come across errors. for the vlogs, you can find it below:

Please try this:

1). Click “Windows key + I” > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter > after finishing > restart your machine > “Windows key + I” > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and if there are any available updates, update them.

2). Check if you are using proxy, also check if the environment prevent you download some files, you may need to consider privileges, group policy, network policy…

3). Follow this doc: Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool is available, and download then use Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool to repair any possible issues about .NET Framework.

4). Not sure if some applications prevent downloading this file, you can try to use Process Monitor to monitor the process.

5). Is it available to download this file manually from IE and Edge browsers?

6). If this issue blocks you for a long time and you want to continue to work immediately, I suggest you consider reinstalling Windows OS and then reinstalling VS 2019 again.
