Hi all, we are having some problems with the KB500802/KB5000822 update which is affecting many people with Kyocera printers so I am trying to remedy that by deploying patch KB5001567. I tested it on my machine and it did fix the blue screen when I print to Kyocera printers. So I downloaded it from the Microsoft catalogue and imported it into our WSUS server, and approved it, but it is not making it out to client PC's for some reason. I approved it last week on our server. Last week WSUS was showing 44% not applicable and now it's showing 75% not applicable this week. All of our PC's are Windows 10 20H2 or 2004 and I downloaded and approved all of the KB5001567 for the correct architecture x64, x86, and ARM and they all show the same.
Is there something wrong with our servers or did I not follow the correct procedure? Or maybe there is a delay or something? How can I trouble shoot this?
I can see al of our client PC's in the WSUS console, and we re using a group policy setting to point the Windows 10 machines to our server and it's been working for basically everything else, untouched for a couple years now other than the Server Cleanup Wizard maintenance I do on the server to remove expired/unneeded files and such.
