Hello everybody,

as a school we use Microsoft Teams as platform to run remote-teaching. Recently an issue has occured, which makes work a little bit uncomfortable. During scheduled meetings some younger students invite external attendees in order to kid the teacher or disturb the class. Apparently these students use the invitation link, that can be copied during the meeting showing the attendance-list via the "share-invite" button.
Although anonymous meeting attendance and guest-access are disabeld via admin center and external attendees have to wait in the lobby until they are apporved by the meeting's organizer, we would prefer to simply disable the invitation link in order to prevent such annoying disruption.

Therefore my question is wether there is any option to disable the "share invite" Button during a meeting at least for the attendees?

    @Tim Hölger ,

    You could set “Who can bypass the lobby” as “People I invite” in Meeting options as below:

    People I invite means that meeting organizers can have greater control over their meetings by enabling a new lobby setting where only Calendar meeting invited users will be able to join directly.

    You could modify this option when scheduling Teams meeting or during a Teams meeting.
