How to remove "News Post" in sharepoint

Hello Team,

Is there any way to remove the "News post" feature to the users from SharePoint ? i dont want to give this default option to all the users.

Hi, @SR VSP ,

In SharePoint Online, for users with edit permission in a site, he/she is able to create new post. We cannot disable this feature or edit the page to stop users from creating posts. The only way to stop user from adding new posts, will be removing the edit permission

Here is a User Voice about disabling creating new posts, you can vote and make MS to consider adding this feature.
