Hi Expert

I am using MAC operating System. i am receiving emails with sender address user1@Company portal .com and i want to create an outlook rule with email body containing two words(TEST ABC) present in it. The emails containing these two words TEST ABC should be moved to Folder A, in the same way sender is user1@Company portal .com and email body containing two words (TEST1 XYZ) should be moved to Folder B
The words TEST and TEST1 have hyperlinks in it.

TEST ABC (TEST has an hyperlink, ABC is in text format)
TEST1 XYZ(TEST1 has an hyperlink, XYZ is in text format)

i have created below outlook rule in OWA but its not working. please guide me.

If the message was received from "user1@Company portal .com" and the message include specific words in the subject or body "TEST ABC" move the message to Folder A
If the message was received from "user1@Company portal .com" and the message include specific words in the subject or body "TEST1 XYZ" move the message to Folder B

    Hi @Roger Roger ,

I tested in my lab using the rule below and it seems to me that it's a by design behavior that the rule only works if the phrase "TEST ABC" is a pure hyperlink or pure text. When partical of the words has a hyperlink, it cannot be detected by the inbox rule.

Based on my test, the results above apply to both OWA and the Outlook client.

Given this situation, it's recommended to try adjusting the rule conditions to avoid use phrases like these(including both hyperlink and text). Or you could encourage the senders to including "ABC" when creating the hyperlink.

try to test in parts, first only with the sender, then only with the suggested text.
this rule can be at the server level and independent of the OS.
if possible put here an image of how it is configured.

    Solution is here:

    https://superuser.com/questions/38775/can-i-use-and-in-outlook-filters

"If you use the rule "with specific words in the subject" and then also use the rule "with specific words in the subject or body" then you can link two phrases together that are both in the subject with the "and" operator."
