Hi guys,

i have just quick question. We deployed ARMS connector into our enviroment for on-prem Exchange 2019 Enterprise servers. I did all steps by guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/information-protection/configure-servers-rms-connector . Everyhing seems to be right configured, but i dont see my labels (from Compliance worskpace) in on-prem OWA. Is it correct behaviour? Is it even possible to see label from compliance portal? I see there default templates from Azure AIP Portal, but not my custom label form compliance workspace.
And second question. In my lab, i create few labels, one label is intend for internal communcation only. If i send email, with this label applied to user out of my organization, from some internal users sent protected email is look like:
83380-1.png

and sometimes look like simple plain text:
83408-2.png

Does anybody know, why is this happens?
Thank you all for your reply and tips.

Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!

    • Based off our AIP documentation, you should be able to create and configure your labels, within the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center, Microsoft 365 security center, or Microsoft 365 compliance center portals.

Protected email format is different between users:

    Hi there,

I am having the same problem as the OP with our Exchange 2019 servers only showing the default AIP labels rather than the custom MIP labels. Are there different CertificationServerRedirection/LicenseServerRedirection/EnterprisePublishing URLs to be entered into Exchange registry?

    Thanks!
