Unpatched Microsoft Systems Vulnerable to CVE-2020-0796

Hi

Is there other methods to disable SMB. I just unselect the SMB Direct and disable the File Sharing via Firewall. Will that do??? Besides doing the Powershell methods to close the vulnerability???
