I checked the ActivityLog
file you shared with us, and I noticed there is an error reported as “80070005 –E_ACCESSDENIED”, so the issue should be related to the permissions.
Please check and follow the instructions here: I receive an “Access denied” error (error 0x80070005). Also, please check if you have administrator permission of your machine and check if you have access to this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe
