Like your Exchange version, sending internal or external, can be reproduced?

I had a user that had a mail that took 90 sec and I just need to know what is the time MS set that is with in tolerance.
We have a hybrid system
Exchange 2016 and Office 365

Hi,
There are many reasons that a message is delayed, we should figure out where the delay happens during the whole mail flow.
Is the user located in Exchange 2016 or O365? And is the recipient an internal or external user?
Is your MX record pointing to Exchange online or on-premise Exchange? See Transport routing in Exchange hybrid deployments.
