Azure PAL check if disabled

Question

Hi,
I have a customer with configured Partner ID Attribution (PAL).
Now, I want to check if the PAL still configured.
How can I check it?
I can see my PAL history here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/pcv/dashboard/overview

But, looks like, there is delayed information.
For example, if someone will remove me from PAL, I will know it after some time.
I want a kind of PAL monitoring. If someone removes me from PAL, I want to know about it immediately (or by scheduler script running).
Is it possible?
