Open the DNS server console, highlight the server on the left pane, and then right-click Properties. On the Interfaces tab, select listen on only the following IP addresses. Remove unwanted IP address from the list.

So what we need do is :

1.Uncheck Register this connections Address in DNS.

2.Select listen on only the following IP addresses. Remove unwanted IP address from the list in interface tag.

3.Remove unwanted IP address in Name server tag.

    Hope this can help you.

    Hi ,

Windows-based computers that have static IP assigned will register their records in DNS every 24 hours.

If you don't want Static DNS record to be registered in DNS, go to clients' IPV4 advanced TCP/IP settings and uncheck Register this connection's addresses in DNS. As picture below:

    Hi ,

Before going further, I would appreciate your help in clarifying the following situations:

This static record belongs to domain member or DC/DNS? Did you have multiple adapters on your machine? Please clarify more details to help us identify your issue.

If you have multiple adapters on your DNS server, then the DNS service will register the interface "Host A" record that it has set to listen on. Check the Name server tab list out the IP addresses of interfaces present on the DC/DNS then remove unwanted IP address from the list.
