Can't build Android app

Hi there.
I'm trying to build a Blank Xamarin.Forms Android app and building hangs at this output:
Then nothing happens, so i can only cancel it.
Absolutely the same with a Blank Xamarin.Android app, but additionally VS can't preview layouts:
Setting up: running AfterResolveReferences never completed.
The preview will be shown if I manually kill MSBuild.exe process in task manager.
Repairing, updating VS doesn't help.
Setting up UPW as startup project - works fine, deployment finishes successfully and debugging starts.
Any ideas?

JarvanZhang 23,971 Reputation points2021-04-05T05:08:15.62+00:00 Hi, Mikhail-0530. Did you run a xamarin project on Android successfully before? Please enable the hardware acceleration on your pc, then clean and rebuild the project. Check the doc:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/android/get-started/installation/android-emulator/hardware-acceleration?pivots=windowsIf it still doesn't work, please try to test the example on another emulator with a higher SDK (such as Android 9).
