Bitter experience while attending AZ-104 exam

Hi All,

Need to know whether Jiofi or mobile hotspot should be used for attending AZ-104 exam? Since I have no other options to go except these two. Today I have attended the AZ-104 exam and Muskan is my online proctor, she told like using Jiofi/mobile hotspot is against policy and revoked my exam. Is anyone faced same thing? I have taken the AZ-900 exam got cleared using jiofi dongle only. I don't know why she behaved like that. Is there any policy really there? Kindly me to raise complaint against her with high priority since she not even ready to accept what I'm telling. Attached the screenshot for the same.
