Using Active Directory Users and Computers console, you can right click on the computer accounts and choose to reset. You can also choose to remove computer objects of the servers that needs to be deleted, there is no downside of it. If you don't do either of these, you may end up with "The specified account already exists in the domain" error.
For DNS records, you don't need to do anything as when Dynamic Updates are enabled (which by default is enabled), computers joined to the domain can automatically update their corresponding Host (A or AAAA) records.
