App like Uber Xamarin Forms

I need to know how to make an application like UBER using Xamarin Forms, this app must connect to a Desktop app that will work as a Server and will do the processes with the database, any ideas? Thank you very much in advance

Maybe a start is to find a forum where they are discussing Xamarin Forms? Right how you have labeled the post with sql-server-general which seems to be completely off-target.

SQL server general tag is talking about SQL server tech issues, your issue is related to Xamarin.Forms. So i add the correct tag dotnet-xamarinforms, people there will give you better help.
