How can i get rid of the vccorelib141xvd.dll error

Question

I'm getting the error:

RunDLL

There was a problem starting C:\Windows\System32\vccorelib141xvd.dll

The specified module could not be found.

I got this error awhile back and have just been dealing with it but it's rather annoying. It happens any time i right click any file or folder but doesn't on certain shortcuts like the ones steam puts on the desktop. I got it to go away temporarily once with shell view but could not figure out which one was responsible and even repeating exactly what i did before it hasn't worked again.

I shall suggest you to scan your system with latest antimalware tool in Safe mode.
